The text in English describing the mathematical problem in Telecommunications must be formatted according to the indications given in the sample document. An MS Word template is available for download, to help authors with text formatting. The text should explain clearly the context and the difficulty associated with the problem, so that the interested mathematicians have the necessary information to put forward a solution. Text is limited to 8 A4 pages, typed in double column, single spaced, 10-point Times New Roman or an equivalent font, according to the formatting defined in the template and the sample document.
