Abstract
The goal of the \emph{Subgroup on Standard Scenarios for Frequency Planning}is to set up a collection of frequency planning scenarios. These scenarios will be used to evaluate the quality of various frequency planning algorithms and to stimulate the development of new algorithms for complex planning problems. Common file formats for the presentation of scenarios are highly desirable for an easy exchange of scenarios and frequency plans. In this paper, we give proposals for two file formats; one for presenting scenarios, the other one for presenting frequency plans.
